I came to Alaska with my regular pants. 🤦‍♂️ If you want to enjoy please go and get you a good pants and a coat. I got a coat level 2 warmness. It works great when I wear 2 more layers inside. But be careful with the size of the coat if you are buying in a warm climate. I had one size bigger and it fits perfectly with layers. I wish I had Northface before when I was living in NJ. Best investment ever. 🧤⛄️🧤⛄️🧤⛄️

I am so impressed with this North Face location! We had Mercedez help us with all of our questions, checking sizes for us and helped us at check out! He was so helpful and kind! In all honesty, he gave the BEST custom service I have ever received! He went well above his job and made sure we had the best experience possible!

I stopped at this store unexpectedly after our dinner. It’s almost winter time and I was in need for at least one big coat for daily use since I came to Alaska with only summer stuff. Both ladies who were working before closing time today went above and beyond with me! I was looking for a specific style that they didn’t have available in store and was trying things on. The girl was very helpful and knowledgeable even about how I shouldn’t get the white one if I live in the side of town where the snow could be a bit dirtier. I ended up getting my first winter coat with them and the lady at the counter wished me happy birthday and even said, welcome to Alaska. What a wonderful experience with this store even when they were about to close! I’ll be back for more:D
